I received a call from a customer service rep for Cricket. Although I had great difficulty in understanding her through a very thick accent and she could not even pronounce my name, what I was able to ascertain is she was calling to see how I liked or disliked my service with Cricket. After speaking to this woman in perfect English for over five minutes, she asked if I would like to continue in English or Spanish. I asked her why she would ask me such a stupid question when we had been conversing in English, or at least I was, she said because of my name she thought I might like to continue in Spanish. My name is Italian, not Hispanic!!! My biggest complaint is companies all over this damn country are catering to Hispanics. No wonder we've got 30 million illegal Mexicans in this country, we're making it easy for them to live here. Because of Cricket's representative insulting me, I will move my service to T-Mobile.
