Did not ship my product and then asked for more money never got anything but ripped off

I bought a playstation 3 in august and they said it would be delivered next day. Well many days passed with no contact then when i did get hold of them they wanted 150 more than the 355.00 i had already given them. When i said no the phone number was always busy and never heard or say anything from them again.
