Our telephone smashed 14 days after starting support, designed to obtain a substitute through the insurance. No telephone after 4 weeks. Bill was a great deal greater than estimated. Terminated support with no concerns about why or what might they are doing - simply $. I'd never suggest Helio to anybody!!!
