Placed my order and sure enough had to confirm order - got a hard sell for something else. Their web Site states my product would ship in 2-3 business days... A week later I am told 4 weeks to ship. The individual I spoke to was never friendly and acted like I should have known it was shipping in 4 weeks (standard suddenly). Funny, never told me that when I ordered the product by phone (same guy by the way) and I had read the 2-3 day shipping statement listed.

Harder than hell to get a hold of... LONG wait times.

These guys are scan artisits. Do not buy from them. I asked for confirmation of my canceled order. I will be surprised to get it.
