Took over a week to correct a phone problem told three times it would be fixed had to hound them North Carrollton Mississippi

I returned from vacation to find that my phone wasn't working. I reported it immediately on Sunday, January 5th. I was told my phone would be working by Saturday.

My phone was still not working Saturday evening. I called again and was told by a supervisor that my phone would be fixed by 7:00 P.M. And that a technician would call me if needed. I have caller id on my cell phone and voicemail... No call was ever made to me.

I called again Saturday night and was very frustrated and upset. I spoke with another supervisor Sunday and was assured that a techinician would fix the problem at 8:00 A.M. Monday morning. Once again I left my phone number to be contacted when the technician arrived. Once again I came home Monday night and no dial tone on my phone.

By this time I am furious. I called and spoke with another supervisor. They sent a technician out Tuesday after I called another 5 times. This was terrible business and should have been done when I was told it would be. The only time I was contacted by a technician was Tuesday. The other three times I was not contacted and I had asked to be and was told I would be.
