Kenmore Refrigerator Needs Defrosting Every Three Months Due to Drain

We purchased our frig in 2001 as well as for the previous 2 yrs needed to defrost the fridge every 3 months since the fridge drainager stops and snow melts and pipes water in to the fridge. It's ridiculous that SEARS MAKES items that's just advantageous to just five years.
