Restocking fee charged on dead Casio Exilim camera

Purchased a Casio Exilim from bestbuy and when I got to using it guess what "it's 100% dead"

So I go to return it @ bestbuy to get my money back and they said I can only exchange it for the same model
"huh if the first one was broke WTF would I want another one for" or be charge a 15% restocking fee which is like $21.00

So I just said F* it and returned it and took the 15% fee and I agreed to myself to never shop @ BestBuy again
