Won't honor the extended warranty

Bestbuy wont recognize their guarantees. We bought an LG Dishwasher simply over this past year and also the warranty for 5 years. It smashed over per month before and that I've created numerous telephone calls but nonetheless can't-get anywhere together. They merely do not wish to recognize the guarantee and wont substitute the dishwasher. I'd never buy something from Bestbuy again. They must be prosecuted!
