Did not honor my 5 year Microwave warranty

I purchased my Maytag within the variety Stove oven in April It's a complete warranty the first year along with a 2 through 5-year on various components plus labor. The A&E technician examined my warranty and design and named his workplace. They named Whirlpool and reassured them-it was a proper guarantee. I created a duplicate of warranty cover and guarantee. The specialist stated they'd send it to Whirlpool and might return to me. Never seen from their website. I named customer support at Whirlpool plus they stated they'd not recognize it as almost all their guarantees were for 12 months only. Because it stands today, they'll not recognize the guarantee.

Obviously I'll not purchase Maytag or Whirpool again.
