Sears Kenmore Dishwasher
Poor quality product

On Feb 6, we bought a Kenmore dishwasher from Sears. We also bought the 3-year warranty. Prior to the first-year was around it smashed down and it required Sears around per month to repair it. It was throughout the Christmas vacation in 2004.in it smashed down again the very first of Nov. From that time through November 17 it had been fixed, utilized 3 times, and smashed again. No dishwasher again through the Christmas vacation. Then we get a scheduled appointment significantly more than fourteen days later. The man is just a no show. Sears justification is they got the times wrong. Then lastly on Dec 15 the man turns up claims we require a component and we've to hold back another week. December 22, the technician says we need another component. Therefore during Holiday we've no dishwasher. We eventually have it set on Dec 29. So we'd no working dishwasher for 2 weeks. On May 4, you know what? Again the dishwasher stops working. We requested they substitute the dishwasher underneath the warranty program. We were informed whenever we purchased when the dishwasher held wearing down they'd substitute it totally free. This really is only a trick to obtain the customer to purchase it. They declined to recognize the guarantee in this manner. Your guarantee ended in February. We declined to restore in the crazy cost. Today below it's in July and our dishwasher has divided again.
