Very rude service, 3 months and 6-7 trips in to get them to repair a faulty product, as well as charged for time and labor spent on product

Purchased a remote control helicopter from this shop, after one repair on this previously that took a month and numerous calls and trips to the store, get the helicopter back with no remote/radio control over what so ever. As soon as it was turned out it went out of control shooting 80-90 ft in the air smashing down in to concrete.

Returning the heli for repair, it too 3-4 MONTHS as well as 6-7 trips to the store, with a result and answer of @we'll call you tomorrow'. Was not given any service number or ticket number, and was dealt and spoken to in a rude manner. They claimed they tried contacting me nad said my phone was out of order, even though its a work phone, has never been shut off, and recieved no voicemails. There claims of contacting were FALSE!

After finally going in to the store and demanding some type of result, i then had to wait for them to order the parts, which they had not done in the span of 3-4 months, then charged me for the parts AND 6 hours of labor. 6 hours of labor over a 3-4 month period of time.

Very bad business, very bad customer service, poor attempts of customer satisfaction and rude. They will continue to play games, lie, over charge when there own service was at fault! Will never purchase or repair with this store again! RIP OFF WITH RUDE SERVICE!
