Poor customer service at Pacific Sales

Electronics and household app.

We purchased a bundle of machine/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, range, and microwave from Pacific Revenue. Available customer support was exceptional. The machine, dryer and dishwasher were shipped three months late due to stock problems, which we weren't recommended ahead of time. Once they eventually got below, the gasoline installation for that dryer required some function plus they stated they might not deploy. We set the deploy along with a friend mounted them. Once mounted the machine (a front-load Appreciation from Frigidaire) vibrated a lot of and so I named Pacific Revenue to possess them deliver someone to check on it out. The salesperson didn't return numerous calls so when I eventually got to someone these were rude plus they stated they might not deliver anyone due to responsibility problems. I quit numerous voice emails for that supervisor (Randy) that have been never responded. I eventually told him I had been returning the things as well as in an extremely rude tone he explained someone might choose them on Sunday (nowadays).

He didn't follow-up having a period for get and so I needed to abandon another voice-mail on Friday day which he never delivered. Luckily I named on Friday morning and he responded. He explained someone might contact me on Friday night to prepare to get a collection up. Fortunately they simply acquired the items. I'd to pay for a $250 re stocking charge. I wound up obtaining a new machine/dryer from Sears. These were good and mounted the things (which function completely).

Like others about the panel, I can't look for a customer support quantity or email address for Pacific Revenue. We shall never conduct business together again.

Costs are great but after-revenue support is non-existent. Don' purchase from their store!
