I was able to check out and buy products without problem, but when it came to an exchanges I became a second class citizen. A simple exchange took me 20 minutes. While 4 cashiers stood idle, I waited for one of 2 registers taking complicated returns. The line behind me grew longer and longer while I stood waiting with my simple exchange. The "customer service" person claimed they were "so slammed" when I called to complain. She must not have been up front to see the 4 open cashiers twidling their thumbs while we poor return customers waited. Lesson learned, when you buy something at Gander Mountain you better count on keeping it unless you have all day to wait.
