Blow off rip off tv company National nationwide

Akai. What a joke they do not honor there warranty. Your given a service dept number 1-800-726-4405 but they do nothing but blow you off. The reps who answer the phone are robots to blow you off. I then contacted two managers ext. 3099,9072 and they give nothing but a run a around. I dealt with these individuals for four months. My tv is not fix or replaced. Everytime i talk with them i get either coorporate hasnt responded or wait another 30 days. The last time i talked on 4-16-08 ther quote manager stated he has heard nothing. He also stated that he cannot contact the company that he works for except email. What a joke! This company does not care about its customers at all. Im just another victum of a multi billion dollar company that does not care. Warning stay away from all akai products.
