Xbox 360 Sent for Repair Six Times and Destroyed Two Games

Sending back my X-box 360 console for the 6th time since April. This time it destroyed 2 games. Called X-box again they won't replace the game it destroyed, but they will give me some old old game for it. I have asked for a new console they say they don't do that, asked for refund they say they don't do that. But they keep sending out consoles that have to returned for repairs. 6 times since April is not very good repair record!!
