Rude customer service, dishonest, damaged merchandise, can't get refund

Purchased new factory sealed digital camera. Received damaged camera which was not new or factory sealed. Returned camera (shipping @ our expense). After one month received another camera which was also damaged and not from factory. FotoConnection does not want to refund monies. Have been very slow to respond for returns. Customer service has been rude and gives false information.
