Asurion (new arc)
New ARC cant get my xbo 360 fixed

I have a xbo 360 game console and it developed a problem reading game disc. So i called Asurion the warrant company for my extended warranty claim and they told me to send in my game console and they would repair it. So i sent it to them to be fixed.

I recieved my game console back and they they put in a paper stating they did not fine nothing wrong with it. So i unboxed it and plugged it in and put my game in and it still would not read the game. So i called them back and they said to send it back.

So for the second time i sent it in to be fixed again. This time i wrote on the paper they sent me to describe what problem i was having with it i put my phone number to have them call me before they repaired it.

I did not recieve any calls on my game console instead five days later i recieved my game console back. When i boxed it i saw that it was not my game cosole and that was no big deal i just thought they replaced it with a new one.

When i plugged it in and put my game in i played it for about 10 to 15 minutes and the cooling fans came on and two red lights came on and, the system shut down in the middle of the game.

So i had this game console i cant again so i called them again and tried to get them to replace it with a new one and they refusedto.instead they told me to send this one in to be fixed. I told them i was not happy with there service and just wanted a new game console so i would not have to keep sending it bac for problems.

I just want to let this company know im not happy with there bad service and would not refer nayone to them. Like i said i just want a new Xbox 360 game console. Can someone help. I spent the money for the two year extende warranty to have this fixed.
