Jim dishonest seller, low quality product

Bought 5 bug zappers from them. All received with minor defects that are not disclosed in product descriptions. It is obvious the mechandise are factory seconds. So I had asked Jim, the owner to bear the return shipping costs since product is not as described. Jim tried to pass it off as "this is how HE DESIGNED it" That is complete dishonesty. When i caught him in his lie and brought it to his attention, he started yelling into the phone and hung up on me. The owner is completely obnoxious and definitely has no business ethic.
