Owner REFUSED to accept return of product. Product was useless to me. I explained why to owner. He responded it wasn't his problem. He was belligerent and started yelling in that he didn't have time for my problem. His English sounded as if he never had an education beyond second grade. Total low-life. Wish there was a way to stop him from being in business other than my ranting here. Thank you.
