Buyer Beware - Rip Off

I ordered this cute little 5" lcd tv and it didn't work properly so they instructed me to send it back for repair. 4 months have gone by and I have not received it back nor have I received a refund. I have requested one or the other many many times and have yet to get a single reply. I'm going to consider the charge to my account fraudulent and get my money back that way.
