Ripoff bought digital dvr that did not work properly sent it back to repair kept it one month and sent it back without repai

I bought a digital video recorder from Go Go City.com for almost four thousand dollars it never worked properly and when I called to get some help I never could get anyone. It finally completely would not work and I sent it back. It took them a month to get it working and to send it back to me. When I sent the dvr to them to get it repaired all of the memory modules were working and they sent it back to me with one not working.

I asked them if they could get another module and they said they could not even though they assembled this unit and it just a year old. This a linux based digital video recorder, pro bank 16
