Ripoff, stall, said they would send part to fix cd player, never received, been five months since I ordered and still don't have a working player

I ordered a cd changer to fit in my F150 pickup in July and got two from them that didn't work, would not fit into my dash and would not refund my money. They filed a UPS claim which went to them, for repair of the second player they sent me. So far it has cost me $183. And I have a player that don't work and will not fit in my dash. I had told them the first one didn't fit but they sent a second one that fit worse. They had all the information when I order it. They said to check with Ford for numbers. When I called three ford dealer I couldn't get any thing from them unless I was going to buy from them.

They wanted me to send the second one back so they could repair it and I said I would not do that as it already cost me shipping to get the first one back to them. He was going to refund the cost of the part to repair of $67 or $68 dollars. This the worst company I have ever dealt with and this if far from ove
