Ripoff and does not uphold contracts or service agreemnents will not release documentation

I was a customer of Nextel for over 3 years. When Spint took over, I was never informed (even though they say they mailed me something). Service was aweful from that point on. The reception was terrible and their idea was a new phone. I didnt realize that everytime they offered to do something they extended your contract. So eevrytime we had a problem and they sent us new equipment or replacement stuff, we were informed after I switched to another carrier we had extended our contract. I have sent written request on where I had agreed to it and SPint has denied this to me on 3 occassions saying I verbally accepted and by using the equpment agreed to the deal. What deal? This is mob tecniques and I now have a 1100 dollar bill from Spint at some rude collection agencey that is threatening to kill my credit if I dont pay it. I have filed these charges with the FCC and The BBB and had no help from either. They even sent me a pc card That I have still in the box, never opened they charged me for and swore I used. I have the damn thing in its original box still at my house. The reason I cancelled in the first place was they overbilled me evry month. NOt just a little but 50-100 dollars.

I woould have to be on the phone atleast 3-5 hrs a month between the rude assholes and the people that would just hang up on you. These people broke their contract to supply service and they tried some real underhanded dealing. I am ready to sue them. Does anybody know how to file a suit againt this group of idiots. SOmebody has to make them pay. I also was informed that they sent me a notice before my acct was sent to collections and I never recieved it either. It is a law you must be notified before a acct goes to collection and if you have to deal with their collection dept, Uou better wear your waders, because they will threaten you with everything. I have done finance for years and I know what they can and cant do. They dont know that and they are real a*holes
