My Nextel cell phone has not been working for about a Month but I am being charged anyway. Nextel/Sprint refuses to let me out of my contract. They have credited my account with not even half the amount of the bill from the last time I called tech support. They called to tell me that the trouble ticket had been closed, but 2 days later my phone stopped working again due to what they called "Congestion" They offered me a hybrid phone with no features but said that I would have another contract with Sprint. I proceeded to ask them if I could be let out of my contract due to the fact that they could not provide me with a phone service. They said "No" and when I asked to speak to the Supervisor's, Supervisor I was informed they were not there. I am not one to complain, but their business manner is horrible. It seems that this company is more interested in money and new clientel then they are with their current customers.
