Charged us an early termination fee based on a sprint contract we did not sign we signed with Nextel! Indianapolis indiana

My wife and myself have had Nextel for years and loved the company but the Sprint took over and month by month service declined. We recently changed providers because of decline in service and we both received $200.00 eary termination fees! After many e-mails they did finally conceed and return my $200 but they still insist that my wfe still owes this charge. They contend that in Nov she had taken a more expensive plan in which she verbally agreed to extend the contrct lengh, and pre2007 Sptints policy at the time was to extend the contract on any change and thats what she signed. But we did not sign with Sprint we signed with Nextel and their contract did not change contract length to pay more a month! After a dozen Sprint employees later we have been told that its a good charge and it will just go to collections. We say good maybe we will have our day in court!!!
