Boost mobile stole my money Cincinnati

Someone stole my phone 3 months after I quit using it. They were able to take $75.00 out of my checking account & apply it to the phone. As soon as I realized they did this, I called Boost & had the phone suspended, the rep at Boost said there was still $66.00 on the phone that was not used of the $75.00. I filed a complaint with my bank like Boost told me to do. I called several times & they kept telling me it was being investigated still. 2 months after the fact, I called them again to inquire about my money & they said since the account had been closed more than 30 days, they couldn't give me my money back. Boost Mobile is a rip off company that steals from people. I really want to prosecute & hope an attorney contacts me & helps me.
