Ripoff Rebate Scams

I'm disturbed by the apparent trend that Office Depot is setting by reading the other posts.

We purchased a new computer ONLY because of the rebates offered the end of February. Filed for rebates right away.

Received the smaller $20 and $50 rebates over a month ago. Our $150 rebate still shows "being processed".

Of course it's the largest amount being held.

When I emailed they responded saying we had to wait longer.

Now I'm getting discouraged in July that we've simply been duped by the "now it's too late" scheme.

No more rebate purchases with Office Depot for us.
