Ripoff selling merchandise w/rebates and never giving rebate

I purchased a computer with manufacturers and Office Depot rebate. The manufacturer sent my rebate in a timely manner. After 6 months and no rebate from Office Depot I tried checking and was referered to a web site that said I needed to resubmit the UPC.

Is that obsurb or what? The only UPC I had was sent to them. This is obviously an intentional ripoff to sell merchandise and keep all of the money by fraudulent means.
