Office Max, ripoff on rebates

Office Depot offered (2) rebates totalling fifty dollars on their monitors. I purchased the monitor and sent in the two rebates as required.

I received the thirty dollar rebate finally around six months after the purchase, but I never received the other twenty dollar rebate. It has been approximately one year now.

I feel the rebates are advertised to get the buyer to purchase the item making them feel that they are getting a good deal with no intention of ever really giving back the total rebates.
