Mail In Rebates A Joke... It Is A Scam! I went to to the office depot store in state college with the sunday ad and said... I want to buy this, can you help me? Pennsylvania

I went to the office depot (od) store and brought in an advert for a hp package with $330 of mail in rebates...$80 from hp and $250 from office depot.
The salesperson configured the entire system as "cto" and ordered it as it was not available in the store.
After delivering an invoice, he printed a series of invoices and mail in rebate forms for the aforementioned products.

Once i received the items from china, i completed the rebate forms and received almost immediately the $80 from hp but never the $250 from office depot.
It has now been 30 emails later and office depot refuses to grant me the $250 due to some obscure issue which they will not acknowledge other than the product was not issued... Even though their partner, hp, has already acknowledged my conformance to their needs.

This co., office depot, preys on people like me who act in good faith and promote programs that are destined to fail...
Do not buy anything from office depot with any type of rebate... You will never get it!!!
