Misuse of information, fraud. Ripoff

Electronics and household app.

I had thought about signing up, but CLEARLY stated that I wanted to wait until I officially received a promotion. I made sure that my payment information was not submitted until I was ready. The salesman submitted my unauthorized information anyways. The salesman assured me that I could trust him.

After a month of realizing I was being charged I called to challenge the order. The phone was never used. I was treated terribly by the customer service manager. The manager said on several occassions "I don't care, " and was not helpful in my concerns.

The file was apparently taken to a collection agency and now will ruin my credit. I suppose I have to pay to protect my credit, but big companies should never treat a customer like this. I want big name companies who are cocky and don't care about their customers to pay. My bill is only a bit over $100, but they took my credit card information and used it without my permission. I am all about advice, but I haven't gotten any help and don't know what to do.
