Beware of sprintpcs. Bought a new treo700. When signing up i accepted the information given quickly on the phone. A month later they send you a charge for about 80 dollars without explanation. When i called the customer service was told that it was for a service that was being charged per minute for use of the internet when i didnt even know it was being charged.

When i complained that i was not ignorant if i knew they were going to charge me something like this i would have never used the service.

When i told her that i had accepted the plan she said there was no record of it and so i was stuck with the bill. She didnt care that maybe the person taking the information originally wasn't even in the US, that this was a completely new service and did not even bother to confirm this service with the customer. This is not the correct way to treat people the are working and have trust in these big companies

The customer service of sprint is heading down the same way AOL did. They dont care for their customers. All they care is the money.in spite of being a customer for many years. Also be careful they will lie to you on the phone like they will give you a service but you have to agree to a 2 yr contract. Then when you find out they did not keep their side of the bargain and you want to get out. Then all of a sudden if you try to get out the contract they will charge you aabout 600 dollars.
