Stealing Sales Tax Money They charged me sales tax on a free item. I have checked with the Attorney General and they were not supposed to charge sales tax for free items

T-Mobile offered me the 6th month of service for free if I would sign a new contract with them. When I got my bill for the 6th month, sure enough the monthly service charge was $0.00, however, they charged me about $21.00 for sales tax.
When I called them and told them about it, they said that was their policy and they were not going to give me a refund.
