Robert Brodosi
Ripoff unuseable ipod

I bought the ipod on ebay from robert brodosi and the charger would not plug into the ipod. I called mr. Brodosi and told him about it. He said to either send it back to him or to the company he bought it from. I elected to send it back to the company. The company went out of business and mr. Brodosi said that he was not going to pay me back because i sent it back to the company. He stated not to contact him again. It was to late to ask ebay to help because it was over 60 days. I guess i lost $177.
