Scam - ipod

Shipped an IPOD for repair on 12/16/08. Was told couldn't be repaired and was given the option to have it shipped back to me. A charge showed up on my credit card for the diagnostic fee and was told the IPOD was shipped back to me. Never received the IPOD and am unable to get a response from emails and phone calls. It's been 8 months... Please send back my IPOD!
