Return ipod, never recieved refund Ripoff

I bought an ipod on ebay from robert brodosi (ph. # 9153072648 in oct. 2006. The ipod would not charge and robert told me to mail it back to him or the company. I emailed the company and they stated to mail it to them. I mailed the ipod to the company, they signed for the ipod on nov. 8th @ 12:15. G. Douglas signed for the ipod. I emailed the company several time and they just keep putting me off. Many times they will not email me back. The latest was a refund was in progress, that was the 8th of dec. I have call robert brodosi several times and he just puts me off. I am out $177. Your help is needed.
