I bought an ipod from this dealer the ad stated comes on erro screen shows, well it does not come on as stated. And the ad reads as is which he is hiding behind. The ipod shown shows a menu screen and headphones looks new. I believe this is or is borderline bait and switch. Mothing says the ipod show is not the one up for sell. This is still going on on ebay. He did not like my feedback I gave him and wanted it removed so he has square trade contact me. Why not at the time I did not know he is paying square trade.

Well nothing went anywhere. He did offer me 50.00 if I did return it. That right there says he was wrong. I still have ipod. Square trade did not even ask to look or even say anything about the photo he shows in the ad. Go on ebay and look at a new ipod an a as is you make the choice would you buy from this guy. I learned a hard lesson. EEay just wants there share.

So all buyers beware unless you see the real thing watch those photos and the way they word their ads so they can get you. They will do all they can to keep the money all I want is what the ad stated ipod powers up eror screen displays. I got what looks like something he found on the ground cause I did have to wipe it real good. My opinion this guy is a good scammer and a liar. A liar will cheat and steal. I believe I got both.
