Paypal Scammers, bought cell phone they never delivered Ripoff

Found the company via e-bay, purchased a nokia cell phone directly from their web site using the paypal "guaranteed system" Tocomex closed their e-mail account a few days after receiving my payment from paypal. Paypal doesnt guarantee sh%&! All they guarantee is that they will "look into" it. Never got a dime back. Tocomex is a ripoff company.
