Problem is within the electrical wiring

I've a White-Westinghouse steam iron stop, 8J06 WW5100 (120V, 60 Hz, 1350 WATTS), that we bought at K Mart in Waco, Texas. It steamed for no more than per month. I fiddled using the steam pipe/electric cable from metal to foundation and discovered easily kept it in a particular place it'd steam... Not anything I am ready to do. I believe the problem is within the electric wiring, as vapor must go through a line so long as it is being delivered.

I am not really a excellent owner of containers or bills and K Mart demands both prior to the support desk employees may even talk to a person.
