Terrible quality product!

I purchased two of the exact same televisionis produced from White-Westinghouse. The very first television had small red-dots about the display within months of purchase. The 2nd television created a loud popping sound and turn off, and wouldn't reverse on. After I approached White-Westinghouse they stated that I'd need to purchase shipping; which may complete to more than 90 bucks. These were difficult to cope with and wouldn't move on delivery, the merchandise was nevertheless inside the guarantee period. I really couldnot realize why I had been compelled to pay for shipping. White-Westinghouse subsequently advised me that it might occupy to some month for me personally to get my tv.
