They are Stealing my money

I have been with Sprint for years now and I have had nothing but problems. They will charge me roaming charges. EVEN if my phone is on roam in the city in which I have purchased the service. Sometimes the phone will go on roam when I am right in the city and if the phone is answered they will still charge me the roaming charges. I do not understand why they can charge me roaming charges if I am within my service area.
That is stealing a custimers money and NO ONE cares.
So then they talked me into getting a plan that includes roaming but I have less minutes.

WHY should I have to sacrafice minutes or money when they are the ones with the problems. I should not have to pay roaming fees if I am not roaming.

I talk to the workers in the store who basically give me the I DONT CARE attitude. At one point they were supposed to send a techinican out to my house to see why my phone was not working there the worker (last name Collins) advised me they would call within 3 days to why I am not getting service. Two weeks passed and still nothing. There are times I will be right by the store and my phone will be on roam and my phone is a newer phone so that is not the defect.

They run me around and around and nver give me an answere and still say that if I answer a call on roam without the roaming package I will be charged.
I dont understand why they think that they can do this. There have been tons and tons of times I have not been able to answer important calls because they give me this bull crap answer that if it is on roam it is on roam.

Every time I have had a problem and one of the workers have given me an answer the next time I go into the store to get the problem resolved they give me a different answer.

This last time I went in because i have no reception at all on my phone where i live not inside or outside (that is when they were supposed to send the techinican out and still to this day have not).
They honestly DO NOT care about their customers they are such a large company that they have honestly forgotten what customer service is all about.
The attitude of the workers in the stores to the company willing to take my money for charges that should not be charged (roaming in my service area)
I do not understand how that is legal or ethical
