Fix is just a nonsense!

I bought a 52" RCA HDTV in 2004 and only recently, after I visited transform it about the display wouldn't show up. There's no audio or image, I've attempted all of the choices within the operatoris manual, but nonetheless nothing. I named the client support group at RCA, but got today where. I advised the repetition exactly what the scenario was, after she'd gone thru all of the methods without having any achievement, she called me to an "approved" repair-service in my own region. I inquired if RCA would protect the home phone or even the fix. She stated that since my guarantee was around I'd to spend of wallet. It had been as though my Television was made to turn off the moment my guarantee struck its termination day!!! That was 2 weeks ago. It has never occurred before. I've not named the fix people, but seriously, the cost is likely to be crazy, all of US realize that!!! I believe this is nonsense, in my opinion that the producer must uphold their item and assure the merchandise to function past its termination time. I'd prefer to acquire some feedback about that scenario.
