Scam! Rip-off!

I found this webpage online.in mid-July, I placed an order for a XBox 360 bundle for almost $700. On the webpage, it promised a 2 to 3 weeks delivery. After not hearing anything back in 3 weeks, I follow-up with an email. Glen Douglas replied, and said my order is on back-order, and will be available in another couple of weeks. So I waited and waited. And after dragging for almost 2 months, I was told that my order has been shipped. So I was expecting to see something in the delivery. However, after 2 weeks of waiting, I still have not received anything from the courier service. So I checked back with Glen Douglas, and he just told me that my order is still in the queue of over 1100 back orders.

So I requested for my full-refund, as this is not giving me a good feeling. He told me to wait till the end of the month of October. But I still don't see anything credited back to my credit card. It has been one excuse after next, and dragging for about 4 months now, and I still have NOT received my refund.

This is so frustrating, because I paid all that money, and getting all kind of frustration, and still not receiving my order!!!

This website is apparently a scam, and i have found many people complaining online up to this point.
