Where's my order?

I placed an order almost 2 months ago and have yet to receive it. After almost 2 weeks of not hearing from them or receiving a confirmation email I decided to call and see if my order went through. When I called I got someone on the line that simply answered the phone with a "Hello" with no company name. She did verify that my order was placed but said it had yet to be shipped since 14 days had not passed. Soon after I got off the phone with her I got 2 emails, one as an order confirmation and the other saying my order has been shipped. After waiting 2 more weeks thinking my order is on its way, I received nothing.

After waiting so long, I called back to see where my order was and was told that it had been shipped 2 weeks before but they were unable to provide me with a shipping # or any other sort of tracking #. How do they verify their shipments??? Now 3 weeks after that call and sending them an email, I still haven't received my order so I called Savemore.com and they immediately refunded my money.

I will never attempt to contact or order from this "company" ever again! I would recommend that anyone that bought the savemore coupon to save the frustration and contact savemore for a refund.
