Fraud, scam, ripoff, Dont Trust Windowtreatmentsandblinds.com if you want anything for your money

Ordered my blinds November 30th and my account was debited December 5th. Webiste wait 3 weeks for delivery, which seemed kind of slow, but it was a good price so I was willing to wait.

Well 3 weeks later I had heard nothing from them and received nothing, so I contacted them by their online form. Several days later I got an email that said due to overwhelming orders because of Christmas that my order would be another 3 weeks. I was given a delivery date of the "week of January 9th" I waited patiently...

Then, January 18th I still had not received my blinds so I attempted to check status on their website. Guess what! It had been closed down. After searching the internet for usacomplaints.com I found 2 phone numbers for them, both of which had been turned off. I emailed for status, no response. Luckily i didnt continue waiting and let my time run out on my credit card fraudulent charge refund and I will get my money back.

It is sad there are people out there who willingly try to get over on you and nothing ever happens to them.

Take my advice!!! Dont buy from these people!
From now on I will search every company I do business with on this website before sending them any money!!
