After 3 1/2 weeks Bestbuy has my $ don't have any Television

I purchased a 32" screen HDT in June 60 days it died. I introduced it back again to Bestbuy in Dedham, MA plus they stated it'd be fixed, in per month, under guarantee. Per month they stated these waited for a component. Per week they stated it might not be fixed couple of days and that I might obtain an alternative ina. Another week passed, plus they do not know after I may have a Television. Therefore After 3 1/2 weeks, Bestbuy has my $950.00 and that I don't have any Television with no concept after I may have one. Good method to handle a (former) Incentive Area client that has invested hundreds within their shop. Having a pair conditions, they've been dismissive and extremely rude. I anticipate Bestbuy is likely to not be in of company in three years, impaired by rivals who understand how to handle clients and do not drive them to purchase cons like "Incentive Area" and repetitive "support aggreements." Fortunately, Boston has powerful customer protection regulations. That one is headed to judge.
