Dishonest. Power Point was carried to register by employee and put in a bag. Got home box was DENTED ripoff

I went to BEST BUYS in Manchester to purchase a $99.00 Power Point program. It was locked in a case. The employee unlocked it and INSISTED he HAD to carry it to the register. He would NOT LET ME touch the box in any way. He handed it to the cashier who quickly scanned it and put it in the bag.

When I got home to wrap it (Christmas present) the back of the box was totally CRUSHED and there is no way that either employye could not have noticed that. I went back immediately and retold the whole circumstance. I got my money back as they know their policy is for THEM to carry it to the register.

If I want to read or inspect the box in their presence, I should be able to. After all it was $99.00! I also bought a CD that was $9.99, the girl rang it up for 12.99? After the FIRST INCIDENT, I am very skeptical and cautious. She quickly, voided the price and re-rang it with no explanation. THE PRICE WAS CLEARLY $9.99, not good, batting 0-2 with me.
