Ripoff cashed personal check but no product and no refund

Electronics and household app.

Synapse Solutions sent product info in creditcard statement. Company wanted credit card info or a personal check. They cashed my personal check. They had no records of my purchase in the system. The processing center is in Salt Lake City. Ordered in Nov and it is now June the problem is still not resolved.
