On the above date, I visited the above store. I was looking to purchase an Otter Box case for my daughters Kindle HD Fire. We found one available hanging on a rack with a lock so it could not be removed except by store personnel. The clerk came over removed it and we proceded to the register. Once there the product was scanned at the register but it rang up at a higher price then was labeled on the tag where it was displayed. The clerk called the in store manager who asked if the scu numbers were the same to which he answered yes. She directed him to call the store manager on the phone. He informed the manager of the situation to which she said there was nothing she could do about it. Whatever it rang up as was the price. I asked him to call her back so I could talk to her. I explained to her the Radio Shack generated label showed a price of $39.99 but the register gave a price of $79.99. Her response was she did not have to sell it for the cheaper price.
