Ripoff dishonest workers and CSM's about prices and policys

I used to work at Wal Mart and the policy we have was that if a price was rung up wrong and it was the stores fault *ie: stocker put the whole stock in wrong place* We would have a csm override it and give the customer the price it was marked for. So one night we were looking for a good fan to put in our room. We found this great fan for 25.00 at wal mart and said why not its a good quality fan for less then 30.00.

We continued our shopping picking up a few things here and there and when we got up to the register it rang up over 50.00. Well I brought it to the attention and took a csm to see where all the fans were that were marked 25.00. When she got back to the register she said she would give the 3.00 dollars off but that's all she could do when clearly there were signs all around the register stating the policy. She was very rude about it when I pointed it out and refused to give me the discount. I was so outraged I dropped all my stuff and left. I did go to another wal mart told the head csm what happened and she gave it to me for 25.00 that's the only good thing that came out of wal mart was that csm!
